Mark has a great idea in regards to MoveableType. It’s a no-brainer. Open up the styles.css file and change the textarea.width500 and textarea.short310 rules to increase the width. (There are a bunch of the width files. Those two are the ones I use. The short310 is in the bookmarklet, the width500 in the MT admin section.
